It was an honour to sponsor the Nursing Times #NTWorkforce Summit which was held on 17 November in the UK. Our CCO, Rafi Hattar and Asif Bhana both represented DataFlow at the event where Rafi spoke amongst the “Recruitment” panel discussion. He addressed the successes and challenges of international nurse recruitment, saying: “How do we streamline processes to attract qualified nurses from around the world? How do we ensure they have the right credentials and profiles for UK healthcare? These are important questions…and require joint work between organisations to bridge the gap.”
